After the chaos of 2020, and an arguably uncertain 2021, it seems like our collective stress and anxiety have been running higher than ever for way too long. However, we’ve made it – another year is almost done, and it’s time to remember the good things, and the good people, who have made this another year for the history books. As we head into the holiday season, take a moment to reflect with gratitude on some of the positive things in your life, and use these assets to ask your customers to do the same thing.
Gratitude Wall
Consider putting up a Gratitude Wall at your business – have employees, family members, and customers contribute by writing down who or what they’re thankful for. It will make an excellent showcase for social media photos, or even better, capture videos in front of the wall, adding meaningful notes to it, sharing your own stories, and taking a moment to say “Thank You” to your own loyal customers and community. This November, ask your customers what they’re thankful for, and make sure you share your own answers, too. Let’s celebrate a year of gratitude this fall.
