2020 was a pretty crazy year for all of us, and now we’re learning a new approach to the holiday season in the post-COVID world.  New Year’s resolutions are probably going to look a little different this year; many of us have taken stock and re-prioritized our life, and we’re eager to put 2020 behind us and get on to being better.

In this spirit, we created a series of graphics you can use to communicate to your customers that you’re taking your commitment to excellence seriously.  We’ve been very proud to see our Certified Female Friendly locations rise above the difficulties and make necessary and positive changes to better serve their customers in uncertain times, while taking every possible step to ensure the health and safety of customers and staff.

Many of these changes have now become a part of the way we do things – Zoom calls are common ways to keep in touch with family, we all respect personal space more, and we’ve all become accustomed to doing more business curbside without contact.  Changes like these are generally seen as positive, and they’re likely to remain even after the pandemic.  These graphics are designed for you to communicate your customers that you’re ready to keep moving forward to be even better.  Whether that means no-contact auto service, enhanced transparency and convenience, renewing your efforts to highlight your AskPatty certification, or something unique to you, we hope you can use these graphics to communicate that message to your customers.
